Data Collection

Pinmark does not collect any personal data. This extension only accesses your Chrome bookmarks locally. No data is sent to any server, third party, or our own services.

Data Storage

All bookmark data stays in your browser's local storage. We do not remotely save, cache, or back up your bookmarks. Pinmark uses chrome.storage only to persist your UI preferences (e.g., dark mode, view mode) — these also remain local and are never uploaded.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transmit your data to any third party. Pinmark contains no analytics SDK, no ad trackers, and no third-party requests.

Permission Justification

Pinmark requires these permissions:

• bookmarks — Read, create, organize, and delete bookmarks and folders
• storage — Save interface preferences locally, such as dark mode and view mode

These permissions are used exclusively for the extension's core functionality and for no other purpose.

Third-Party Services

Pinmark does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. The extension operates entirely offline.

Policy Changes

If this privacy policy changes, we will update this page. Continued use of Pinmark constitutes acceptance of this policy.
